Pump Service & Repair
We specialize in repairing and servicing pumps from various manufacturers, replacing or repairing worn-out parts to restore performance to its original condition. Additionally, we provide modification services to enhance pump performance and accommodate changing field conditions. Clients can opt for performance guarantees based on our thorough test facility evaluations for repaired pumps. For larger or complex pumps, we offer field repair services, enabling onsite repairs when removal is impractical.
Pump Engineering & Design
Our team of engineers offers comprehensive services for station optimization, including performance reviews, operational and flow tests, and identification of bottlenecks with recommendations for equipment and station improvements. To operate at maximum efficiency, a pump must be designed for specific conditions. In lieu of stock pumps, FPI builds each pump with a specific job in mind. Every design and construction element of our pump is custom tailored to its future use.
8 – 72 Inch Diameter Pumps, with Flows from 1,000 – 120,000 GPM
FPI Axial Flow Propeller Pumps
FPI axial flow large volume pumps are custom designed and engineered to obtain the most efficient operation for each installation and are regularly offered in sizes ranging from 8 inches through 72 inches and capacities of 1,000 gallons per minute to 120,000 gallons per minute in low and medium heads.
Design construction features and customization can include lineshaft bearings, propeller shaft, propeller, lineshaft tube, lineshaft, bearing cage, discharge elbow, discharge cone bearing, neoprene rubber seals, upper bowl and lower bowl depending on your application needs and configuration.

FPI Portable Axial Flow Pumps
Our Portable Axial Flow Pumps for high volume pumping at low-to-medium head share the same highly efficient four bladed propeller and top quality component material of the industry standard FPI Line Shaft Pumps. Portable axial flow pumps are hydraulically driven and offer advantages over conventional pumps, the foremost being the lack of civil works needed for installation, and ability to position the pump head far from the power unit. Initial installation and any subsequent movements are then quick and inexpensive.
The axial flow pump head is driven by a hydraulic power unit made with the most durable and efficient components available. The hydraulic pump is driven from a diesel, electric motor, or combination drive source. The power unit can be either trailer or skid mounted together with the hydraulic control valve system, oil reservoir, hydraulic oil filter and high capacity fuel tank.

FPI Mobile Pumps
The FPI Mobile Pump is a versatile and complete pump station on wheels. Mobile Pumps are easily towed and ready to pump very high volumes of water within minutes of reaching a location. They require only one man for installation and operation. Lower the pump by powered winch into the water, unroll the flexible discharge hose and just start the Diesel Engine to begin pumping. Everything needed for operation is on the self-contained trailer – Diesel Engine, Fuel Tank, Hydraulic Tank and Controls, Safety Shutdowns, Winch and Flexible Discharge Hose. With this versatility, a single Mobile Pump can service multiple pumping locations in the same day – saving time, money and resources.
